Visiting the team in Dunedin and seeing their work firsthand reinforced exactly why this cause matters. K9MD is pioneering an extraordinary approach to early cancer detection, training specialist dogs to identify the scent of specific cancers in human urine samples- work that has the potential to change lives through earlier diagnosis and intervention.
