At Get Yourself Checked, we exist because too many good men stay quiet for too long — putting work, family and everyone else first, and their own health last. Too often, that silence costs lives. We’re here to change that by making men’s health normal to talk about, simple to act on, and easy to access.

Through community-driven events, fundraisers and real stories, we encourage early check-ups, break the stigma around speaking up, and fund practical support and health initiatives. We show up where people already are — from workplaces and clubs to events and communities — creating spaces where conversations happen naturally and mates look after each other.

If one more bloke books the appointment, one more mate starts the conversation, or one more life is changed early, that’s why we exist. This isn’t just a charity — it’s a community looking after its own.
